Former President Bill Clinton:

Taibi Kahler is a genius. He knows more about personality dynamics than anyone I know in the world.

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton:

The Process Communication Model provides a framework for evaluating the information one wishes to communicate and the best means for doing so with various recipients of that information.

General Wesley K. Clark, U.S., Army Commander in Chief of NATO and European Forces (ret.):

As an interested observer and sometime participant in the field, it seems to me that you offer promise of far greater utility than Myers-Briggs or any other personality assessment instrument I have seen.

Former Senator Max Cleland:

Taibi Kahler has identified why people do what they do. PCM is a must for any of us who hope to lead or manage or motivate other people! I am proud to call Taibi my friend.

Terence McGuire, M.D., Lead Psychiatrist for Manned Space Flight, NASA, 1959-1996:

I have known a number of "professional giants" in the fields of behavioral science and medicine, including Nobel Prize winners. But I am most grateful for what I have learned from my continued contact with Taibi Kahler. His Process Therapy Model revolutionizes how we understand, diagnose, and treat people in psychotherapy. His model is extremely valuable for predicting behavior.

Joe B. Houchin, President and CEO, Proton Pacific, Inc.:

We are better individuals, a better team and a better company because of Process Communication. Our communication is at a peak these days and we use your techniques to keep it that way.

The Process Communication Course is one of the most important professional courses I have ever taken because the concepts can be used every day and benefit all parties of the interaction.

Bruce M. Black, President and CEO, McCord Travel Management:

The power of these concepts and their usefulness has allowed PCM to become part of our language and the knowledge becomes our shorthand. Our effectiveness is better in many areas.

Steven M. Quist, President, Cyber Optics:

As President of two different high-tech manufacturing companies in the last ten years, I have found the Process Communication Model to be exceptionally valuable as a team building and individual development tool for my senior management staff at both companies...PCM is now an integral part of our strategic planning and day to day management processes.

Thomas G. Garth, National Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America:

Through the years I have attended many programs and sessions at various conferences offered by Boys & Girls Clubs of America. I have had the opportunity to listen to some truly inspirational speakers. Speakers who were technically competent in their subject and, on occasion, a combination of these qualities. Your presentation...proved to be the most meaningful.

Arthur F. Kane, Director of Education, International Brotherhood of Teamsters:

Terrific, terrific! I have had an opportunity to participate in many conferences and seminars over the past 28 years in labor education and truly, your Process Communication seminar is one of the finest I have ever had the opportunity to attend.

F. T. Renshaw, President & CEO, Research, Inc.:

PCM is the key that unlocked our communication blind spots. It has unleashed greater effectiveness in our teamwork and execution, and helped our organization rediscover the joys of working together.

John E. Renfeld, Vice President & General Manager, Toshiba:

The Process Communications Management Workshop I just attended must rate as a highlight of my business seminar experiences.

Kathleen D. Oliver, Sr. Vice President/Operations, Associated Risk Service:

The seminar you conducted for the Branch Managers of Associated Risk Services had proved to be very helpful during the past year...I am happy to report that the company has experienced almost zero turnover, with the exception of California, during the past year. I believe that says a lot for management and for your program.

Julie Marshal, Senior Vice President, USAble Life:

You have been a tremendous asset to us in building the type of team we want to be successful when selling our products to both employers and employees. The sales management team has been extremely pleased and I have noticed a considerable improvement in our understanding of the various personalities we work with both internally and externally.

Mike Sammond, Director of Fulfillment/Advertising Sales, Atlanta Knights Professional Hockey:

Your PCM training is already making a difference in our advertising sales, not only in helping attract new clients, but in servicing our current clients as well. By better understanding the corporate "decision makers" that we are pursuing and already working with, we feel that the Knights have an advantage over the competition.

Not only has PCM provided the Knights with an effective communication tool to help us reach our sales goals, but the skills we learned in your training have helped produce clearer channels of communication in the office, resulting in a happier and more efficient staff. Your training or detecting early warning signs of distress and avoiding potential conflicts has been invaluable!

James A Haslam, III, Pilot Oil:

You have a splendid program for management training in Process Communication. We set goals for our meeting to provide greater feelings of team work and comradery. Thanks to your program, we easily reached these goals!

Ron McConathy, Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Environmental Science Division:

Process Communication is an innovative and practical way to help understand other people. I have found it to be useful at work and at home. In the work place, written and verbal communications can be tailored for the audience to improve the transfer of information. My interpersonal communications have improved due to a better understanding of the other person's needs and motivations. Process Communication is positive and helpful and it has given me a better insight to why some people behave as they do. Your class should be valuable to anyone who interacts with other people - and that is just about everyone.

Samuel Suffren, Martin Marietta Energy Systems, Program Manager:

I have found myself regularly applying the knowledge and skills learned in Process Communication. It has made a real difference in my approach to dealing with difficult interactions both in my work and home environments. It has been particularly satisfying to note that the skills and knowledge learned in the workshop have deepened and solidified as I have used them. It has increased my sensitivity and effectiveness as a manager. Process Communication is an extremely valuable management tool; I have recommended it to several of my colleagues and have requested that the employees in my organization take the training course.

Larry Kroggel, TRW Valve Division, Human Relations Manager:

Thank you for the incredibly informative, useful, fun workshop last week. I’ve been to many workshops in 10 years - yours ranks as one of the best. Process Communication has helped me personally and professionally.

Mike Wimberly, TRW Ross Gear Division, Quality Manager:

I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the Process Communication training. Your presentation of the material was very informative and enjoyable. I look forward to using this training not only in my professional life but also my personal life. I look forward to additional training in Process Communication.

Danal W. Neal, Rust Engineering, Manager, Training and Development:

The professional and personal dedication, you have brought to this often neglected topic is refreshing and inspiring. The content is intellectually challenging and applicable to businesses of all size.

Ed F. Jeffrey, Opryland USA, Inc., Executive Director of Administration:

We want to take just a few minutes to let you know how much we learned at your three-day workshop on Process Communication. The material was not only useful, but it was presented in a fun and personalized manner that made it easier to assimilate than material at most other workshops we've attended. We both gained several insights into our own behaviors as well as into the behaviors of others. We've started changing the way we communicate with people and are getting positive results already: clearer problem definitions, less "turf protecting" during conflicts, clearer expectations, shorter and more productive meetings, more fun at work.

Donald W. Newton, Tennessee Valley Authority, Supervisor:

This is to put on record my very positive reaction to your course on Process Communication which I recently completed. The knowledge about people, the personality types and their needs, and how best to communicate is proving extremely helpful both on the job and in my personal life. I'm impressed with how the material pulls together in a coherent, learnable manner so much of what I have read and observed over the years. It makes sense in a very practical down-to-earth style, which helps me as an engineer better understand human relations. I have been telling my friends and associates about how helpful this course has been for me.

George Doebler, UT Medical Center, Chaplain:

Process Communication is an understandable and useful tool, and it can be used in all of my interactions. I will be able to use this in teaching clergy. The application of this material for clergy in looking at their parish and how they function is fascinating.

Mary Esbenshade, Whittle Communications, Marketing:

Process Communication has ample detail without being overwhelming. It is very clear and presented without the jargon which often obscures the message. The inventory is the most revealing instrument I have ever used to understand myself and others. I had looked forward to this seminar, and I have been richly rewarded by the experience both personally and professionally.

Charles Fels, Ritchie, Fels & Dillard, Attorney:

Process Communication is a three day training course which every lawyer should take. Not only does PCM make it possible for lawyers to determine the best and most efficient way to communicating with their clients, it permits trial lawyers a coherent and intelligible guide for selecting members of a jury and for determining the best means of portraying a case before those jurors. I would strongly recommend that every member of the bar participate in the three day program.

Jane Hennessy, Blount Memorial, Director, Planning and Marketing:

The PCM approach to improved communication skills was one of the most interesting and beneficial communication tools I’ve ever experienced. I know that it has had impact by the number of references to the personality types that come up in conversations at the Hospital!

Shirley Underwood, Knox County Schools, Curriculum Director:

The structure of the training program was well organized and well directed. Time for interaction was adequate, no time was wasted and the flexibility was appealing. Material content was excellent and the notebook is a valuable research/reference document. I enjoyed interaction with the leader and participants, and the leader suggested ways to improve communication with various types, especially when they are wearing masks. Process Communication is very positive and very helpful.

Catherine Dodson, Third National Bank, Sr. Vice President:

Due to our busy schedules, we sometimes make decisions not to allocate time for workshops. I certainly am glad that I did take the time for Process Communication. I found the material to be very helpful in understanding that the people we deal with on a day to day basis are indeed different and have to be communicated with in different ways. The knowledge I gained will be most helpful to me both professionally as well as personally.

Betsy Houston, State of Tennessee, Education Career Ladder Evaluator:

The structure of the program and content of material is the very best of all seminars I have ever attended. The Process Communication inventory was very helpful, and I especially like the predictive factors. The environment was quite pleasant and conducive to thinking, small group discussions and creative practice of Process Communication. I have used Process Communication since the seminar and I love it. It has helped with personal communication as well as teaching strategies with students.

Ann Bitzas, Knox County Teachers Center, Educational Coordinator:

I want to share some of my positive reflections about Process Communication training I participated in last weekend. I would enthusiastically encourage anyone who is concerned with the quality of her communications to participate in this program. The content, delivery and immediate positive application make this program rate a definite bravo!

Jaque Bradford, Knox County Dept. of Public Instruction, Language Arts Supervisor:

Process Communication has been beneficial to me as I work with teachers, school administrators, and central office colleagues. Many of the procedures and techniques have been most useful; many of them I had been using, and hopefully, I will be able to refine the techniques to meet the variety of situations which I encounter. Thank you for a worthwhile experience.

Toby Weaver, Ph.D., The University of Tennessee:

I want to thank you for the wonderful workshop you conducted last week! You and the workshop met so many of my different needs. The workshop truly was peak experience for me. I think that the fine quality of your workshop is a combination of three main factors. Process Communication is a well developed model which allows for simplicity and complexity in understanding human behavior – the role playing and experiential components of the workshop also greatly enhance my learning experience. I have already begun to incorporate PCM into my work as a therapist. I highly recommend the PCM workshop to anyone in the mental health profession and to anyone who wants to learn how to communicate better with people. This workshop is the best workshop I have ever attended.

Janet Dalton, Kroger Stores:

PCM taught me a lot about myself, and the way I communicate with others. There are too many details for me to get very specific, so I'll try to briefly sum it up. The most important things I learned was how to more effectively communicate with various personality types, in order to accomplish a desired task or objective, by utilizing a channel of communication best suited to their personality. Since attending the seminar, I’ve put these skills into practice, and have noticed that by being able to analyze an employee’s personality type, and using a channel of communication best suited for them; I have been able to more clearly communicate my expectations, and have them more easily understood by employees. This was a great seminar.

Franklin Bradley, Notch/Bradley, Chairman & CEO:

The three days I spent in your Process Communication seminar was the best time spent by this agency toward improving internal and external communications - in improving, what we do and how we do it. Thanks for presenting your program to our key executives. We are all abuzz with new techniques - you really did charge up the batteries.

Robert Allen, Hoechst Celanese:

In my twenty year business career I have attended numerous workshops on various subjects. Whereas I have benefited from each of the workshops, none of them has really lived up to its promise or to my expectations. Process Communication is the exception. It was truly amazing to me that I was able to apply the concepts accurately and easily even before the workshop was completed...I am now successfully applying Process Communication concepts in all of my business, social, personal and family interactions. My communication sills have improved significantly as a result of the experience.

Renda Burkhart, Burkhart and Company:

Approximately one year ago our firm participated in a Process Communication workshop for our management team. Since then we have used the model in recruiting and for staff evaluations. In taking our inventory of the cost/benefit of PCM in our organization, we have considered internal and external communication experiences. Before taking the course there was natural skepticism on the part of the participants, their thinking that this may be simply another extraneous motivational course with little lasting impact. Immediately after participation, there was much enthusiasm yet some reserve as to whether the new knowledge would fade from our memory and lack practical application. In fact, the Process Communication model has been the best continuing education for our organization yet. It has encouraged a deeper understanding of firm associates and been a powerful tool when interacting with clients.

James B. McGehee, M.D., Medical Director, HCA:

Your seminar was outstanding. Our staff has continued to talk about their new understanding of themselves.

Trevor J. Lee, Director, Vertical Markets, EPSON America, Inc.:

It gives me pleasure to provide you some feedback on the benefits I have derived from the PCM program. Personally it has provided an excellent perspective on the interactions within my department and at EPSON. At the department level it is a valuable development tool for managers in my group and is developing a common understanding of relationships.

EPSON is a Japanese company and PCM has also helped me to better understand the personality of the organization and my colleagues in Japan. Again the critical communication process has been improved by understanding their needs and interaction styles, incorporating these into the communication system, and recognizing problem areas.

The feedback from managers who have completed the program has been very positive; they find it stimulating and very useful. We have an evolving understanding and terminology in our department communications.

Mary Jane Jackson, Principal, St Peter's Interparish School:

As Principal of a Catholic School in Washington, D.C., I have found Process Communication's staff development program helpful for our teachers to better meet the needs of our "at risk" students.

Beginning in the fall of 1998 the Kahler trainers presented the Process Communications concept to our staff. Over the next seven months they shared with the staff the characteristics of each of the six personality types and the needs of each type. Teachers had an opportunity to take an inventory to learn about their own particular personality type. The model has helped us to motivate students who are "at risk". Often these students would upset the class in order to get the attention of the teacher or their classmates. Such challenges were overwhelming to some teachers. A major concern was that student's inappropriate behaviors forfeited valuable instructional time.

Since these staff development sessions began, teachers have been able to meet students needs and have used alternative teaching strategies in the classroom. Even teachers who were hesitant at first are now able to relate better to these students. They have learned to avoid confrontations with students whose personality type differs from theirs.

The PCM model enabled our teachers to better understand our students and their needs by identifying the personality types and ways to get those needs met. Once teachers were able to accomplish this in a positive way the students could meet their teacher's expectations. Our teachers have learned how to interpret negative behavior and to acquire new ways to intervene effectively with students. As a result their classrooms have become more productive.

Mark L. Clark, Ed.D., Psychologist and Vice-President, Counseling Associates, Inc.:

I'm writing to thank you for the training in your Process Communication Model (PCM). The information and skills that I received from the training have been invaluable to me both personally and professionally. As both a manager and a clinician, PCM has helped me to communicate more effectively with both employees and clientele. As a manager, PCM has helped me to improve my work relationships with a variety of staff and to better identify their behavioral strengths, job placement preferences, and motivational needs. As a psychologist, PCM has helped me to relate better to my clients and improve my therapeutic rapport with a variety of different personality types. I am very impressed with how you have integrated so much clinical information into a model that is powerful, effective, and simple to apply. And, you did it without using clinical terminology or jargon! As both a manager and clinician, I have found PCM to be incredibly beneficial in helping me to identify specific distress sequences, failure mechanisms and patterns and to appropriately intervene. Needless to say, PCM has also greatly enhanced my personal relationships with friends, family, and my spouse.

Over the past twenty years of my career, I have attended dozens of clinical workshops and management training seminars. PCM has by far been the most valuable training that I have ever received. I have been able to apply what I have learned through your PCM training in every aspect of my life. The applications are immediate and almost limitless.

Malcolm E. Lehman. Ed.D., Director, Learning and Development, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield:

Process Communication has facilitated relationship building and has made what is a people intensive organization more successful. And as an aside, unquestionably the model has assisted the participants in their own personal lives, which in a direct way impacts their productivity in our organization.

An organization which believes in the development of people can profit immensely from the incorporation of the Process Communication Model. We have, and will continue to recommend it in our client environments where there is an interest in positive and constructive organizational change.

Arthur Weisbach, AT&T:

In addition to delivering on its promises, your course opened new avenues and approaches for my ability to manage both in business and outside it. I was able to help employees who were in trouble; to resolve previously daunting conflicts; to make wiser allocations of time and resources; and to offer more to my family, friends and associates than had ever before been possible.

Jann Davis, Supervisor, Child Development Unit, Arkansas Department of Human Services:

Three weeks ago I had the opportunity to attend the 3 day training on Process Communication Management. The materials and information given were so enlightening professionally and personally. And, I wanted to thank you for making that possible!

I feel a real hunger to "grow" with this information and continue learning better communication skills.

Bob Gannaway, President, Motivation Services, Inc.:

After spending some 33 years seeking answers to why I seem to be able to communicate effectively with some people and never seem to understand others, I have learned some interesting, workable facts, thanks to Kahler Communications, Inc.

During a three day seminar designed by Dr. Taibi Kahler, which I recently attended, relationships which have baffled and frustrated me for years, took on new dimensions. Now I have new ways to "tune in" and communicate in a meaningful way with different types of personalities.

W. Errol Sewell, Assistant National Director, Boys & Girls Clubs of America:

As a person with a background in training and staff development, I particularly appreciated the very positive approach you took in leading our seminars. One of the critical elements in the seminar was that of having each participant identify his/her personality type, character strengths and weaknesses, preferred channel of communications and personal failure patterns and mechanisms. Of course, the payoff has come as our staff have learned to successfully use their strengths to communicate effectively with others by recognizing their preferred channels of communication. As you know, the 30 men and women on our national Field Staff are constantly meeting with community leaders throughout the country with some degree of infrequency in each location. Therefore, it is imperative that we be in a position to communicate without distress and in a totally positive manner in order to make the best use of our own time as well as that of others. Also, our work is always more enjoyable and rewarding when we are communicating with others effectively.

On a personal note, I have become somewhat of a student in Process Communication and have found that the deliberate application of the principles and processes you so capably presented to us pays off time after time. And, it is fun! Of course, I have applied these principles and methods with my own family, friends, church group and others outside my work setting. It works!

R. Glenn Reese, DMD:

On a personal level, the material has helped me understand myself - why I enjoy the things and people I enjoy and why I am stressed by other things and people. It has allowed me to expand my communication skills and better understand and cope with stressful people and situations that are a part of my life. This has resulted in improved self-esteem and self-confidence and less stress. My wife and I have always had a great relationship and that relationship has been enhanced. One of the most enjoyable aspects of this learning experience has been watching our 7-month old son grow and develop and recognizing the different aspects of communication and personality evident even at that young age.

On a professional level, the management of my dental office has been enhanced in many ways. Dentistry is a very stressful profession and that stress is felt by all members of the dental team. Not only do the staff better understand each other and their employer, we also are better able to understand and communicate with our patients to meet their needs. The training has helped us realize the importance of different personality traits in a job situation and the impact of having a certain balance or blend of the personalities that must cooperate and communicate to make a successful team. All of these things contribute to a more productive, enjoyable atmosphere at work.

Karen Jennings, Industry relations Manager, Arkansas, Southwestern Bell Telephone:

The personality pattern inventory was right on target as far as my management strengths and weaknesses and I feel (Oh-Oh my reactor is showing) that this insight will be very useful.

Lloyd Sain, Jr., Director, Alternative Learning Center:

I take this special means to say thanks for providing such an empowering and life-changing staff development to the faculty and staff of the Alternative Learning Center on August 25-26, 1998. Indeed, your expertise and personality inventory have made a difference in these individuals’ lives and as a result this change will impact positively the lives of children and the interaction between staff and children. The staff and faculty have repeatedly commented on how this in-service was worthwhile and beneficial.

This center and I will be forever indebted to you and your services. Enclosed you will find personal thank-you notes from the faculty and staff. I hope these notes encourage your day, as well as exhibit how much we deeply appreciate your coming to the Center and sharing with us.

Thanks for being a voice for education, particularly alternative education.

William F. Wright, Ed.D., Superintendent of Schools, Apache Junction, Arizona:

We have ample evidence to demonstrate to those interested in improving education to suggest that process communication can play an integral part in school improvement. In fact, we’re so convinced of the value of the program that we would like to invite those who may be interested in using your information to visit our district and talk to our personnel about how they view the program.

Yvonne D. Williams, President, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce:

The "Key To Me" workshop for my staff was great!

We learned so much about each other, ourselves and how better to deal with one another – and, it was fun, too.

Bill Sanders, District Manager, Jackson Electric Membership Corporation:

Just a short note to let you know that the PCM training you provided for the Gainesville foremen and supervisors of Jackson EMC has brought about better team work and improved customer service...with the PCM training, we can better understand what our customers want and then how to provide that service. Recently I had a lineman ask me what had happened to his foreman. I ask the lineman what did he mean by his question. He said that his foreman was a lot better to work for since he takes time to explain jobs and compliments them on their work. PCM has helped improve morale.

Harry P. Cain, Executive Vice President, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association:

Process Communication Workshop--learning more about ourselves and others in terms of what communication styles are most effective--is terrific.

Larry M. Short, General Manager, Northern Operations, TRW Ross Gear Division:

The Process Communication Model is, without reservation, the most effective thing I have learned about understanding the behavior of myself and others. PCM enables me to take all of that seemingly unrelated behavior and make it understandable.

Kenneth Wendel, Director of Quality, Unisys Corporation:

Process Communication was not just another boring management training. It greatly exceeded my expectations and has turned out to be the most valuable skills development course I have ever taken.

Elizabeth McMullen, Tennessee Valley Authority:

The impact of the Process Communication seminar on my personal health has been profound.

Joanne Draper, East York Collegiate Institute:

The Kahler Experiencing Excellence seminar is the best I have ever had to help me manage. It had concrete ideas for dealing with people. I think it should be mandatory and would be extremely useful for principals and vice-presidents.

Sharon Pallone, Executive Director, SCAN America, Inc.:

Process Communication Management is a valuable tool that I use in the training and supervision of staff whose performance is critical to an abused child’s life. Abused children cannot afford the risk of miscommunication.

Arnold J. Klugman, Corporate VP & Chief Manufacturing Officer Motorola:

All of us who have been exposed to these powerful concepts have been able to apply them to both our business life and our personal life, giving us a better understanding of others and ourselves. Our people are able to positively influence those with whom they interact by assessing their motivational needs, by shifting to their frames of reference, and by avoiding miscommunication resulting in loss of customers, conflict, absenteeism, and costly delays. The Process Communication Model is simple to understand, easy to use, and most importantly, it works. It is the most effective process that I have ever been exposed to in training people to appreciate the differences in each other and to communicate positively.

Michael Gilbert, Prof. and Coordinator, Educ. Leadership Doctoral Prog., Central Michigan University:

During my more than 30 years as a professional educator, I have become increasingly aware of the need to communicate effectively. Process Communication, Process Teaching, and Process Parenting provide the means for those who work with children to be successful in understanding themselves and others.

I have seen nothing else that allows educators and those who prepare educators to do their jobs as well. When one understands that there are different patterns (all OK) from which colleagues and students approach their work, the ability to adjust or shift becomes extremely important to recognize and do.

Dr. Okie Wolfe, Prof. of Education, Lincoln Memorial University:

Process Communication is the most successful communication model that I have ever used as a classroom teacher and as a professor of education in my 30 years of experience. The Process Communication Model should be taught to all pre-service teachers and classroom teachers because it is the most effective way to understand the dynamics in the classroom. Using this model, the teacher can design instruction so that all children can learn. Eliminating the guesswork on how students learn and then designing instruction accordingly, allows teacher accountability to increase. Understanding and applying this model minimizes the daily classroom stress level for teachers and students. Therefore, a safe learning environment can be within the reach of all schools. I recommend that all personnel involved with students learn to use and apply Process Communication for a successful program.

Jodi Schwartz, Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast:

I just wanted to share an experience I recently had with one of my kids and how I used your training to help me. I have a child who lashes out for no reason and has serious anger management problems. I decided to take a completely different approach with him - rather than sitting him in time-out, I decided he should be the leader one day. I came in after school and without giving him time to become angry, I told him today was his day. He would be in charge and through me we would decide what the kids should do and what disciplinary actions should be taken for each case of misbehavior. Well, this kid SHINED. He realized why his punishments were what they were and how unsafe his behavior was. So now, I have a 12 year old that has literally grown overnight! And, he is turning into a model kid! So again, thank you for the opportunity to learn.

Craig Cheney, Fellowship Bible Church, Little Rock, AR:

I want you to know how much I appreciate you and the tremendous contribution you and your work has made in my life, my family, the staff with whom I serve and the people of our church family. I have to believe that given the heart and passion with which you practice and impart your material you earnestly desire others to both benefit from and propagate your excellent work. I am certainly a beneficiary and enjoying the propagation effort as well.

Olav Groot, General Manager Engineering, Sydney Ferries:

Sydney Ferries Corporation engaged the services of Naef Ltd to deliver a course that targeted Management of maintenance Errors using the Process Communication Model. The course was effectively used to target cultural change through behavioral change of a management team including acting managers. The approach which is focused on an increased level of understanding of personality types with a focus on self discovery and understanding based on defined personality types proved very successful. It has resulted in noticeable behavioral changes and increased management capabilities in the areas of interpersonal skills, specifically in the busy and sometimes stressful environment that our maintenance staff operate in. The course provides a journey into self-discovery and day to day interrelationships. Lessons learnt have the capability to enhance workplace relationships and sharpen management skills.

John Hamilton, Director, Ministry of Civil Defense & Emergency Management, New Zealand:

My objective was to generate co-operation and cohesion amongst the managers as a precursor to the development of better teamwork and understanding throughout the organization. I chose to use the services of Werner Naef and the Process Communication Model because I was familiar with the successes he has had in the aviation industry, and was attracted to the way in which an understanding of "human factors", the way in which individuals behave as individuals and in teams, can build more effective styles and better able to cope in times of stress.

The period spent with Werner has enabled the management team to understand each other’s personalities, motivators and stressors. It has provided us with practical mechanisms for managing our daily interactions and to limit behaviours that cause stress and division. The training has been successful in enabling this team to become harmonious, more productive and to provide better leadership while retaining an enjoyable atmosphere.
